Correct Score Trade - Norway 25 Aug 2012

In recent weeks I have been testing a correct score calculator in the Norwegian and Swedish leagues.  I have developed the tool for use in identifying correct score trading opportunities and the results to date have been impressive.

The model is still in testing but I hope to unleash it on the the major European leagues.  However, I will be holding off for a few weeks yet, certainly until the leagues settle down and I can gauge an objective opinion of form.

Today I will be trading Stromsgodset v Lillestrom, with small stakes (given it's early days for the model, but also due to the lack of liquidity in the market).

Considering the goal stats for the two teams, Stromsgodset are significantly stronger at home than they are away.  Recent home form points to a strong defence, however Lillestrom demonstrate an ability to get an away goal. 

The calculator has thrown up the following correct scores which I will dutch for an equal profit and trade accordingly in-play:

Shots & Corner Stats EPL Season 2011/12

I've quickly pulled together the shots and corner stats for the English Premier League season 2011/12 - you may find the information of use for the new season...

I have separated the data into home and away form, the reason being, there are some significant variations between home and away performances, as highlighted by the averages.  The overall league totals are representative of all 20 teams in the league last season although the relegated teams have been removed from the individual team stats.

Overall league shots (HS + AS), overall league shots on target (HST + AST) and overall league corner totals...

Home average (mean) shots (HS), shots on target (HST) and corners (HC)...

And the away equivalent...
